You're tired, but your body doesn't seem to know it's time to sleep.

You may fall asleep easily but wake up throughout the night. Or your mind won't switch off when you finally get into bed.

Sometimes sleep changes alongside stress, anxiety, hormonal changes or other shifts in your health — leaving you exhausted during the day but unable to get the restorative sleep you need.

You may be experiencing :

  • Difficulty falling asleep

  • Waking frequently throughout the night

  • Waking around the same time every night

  • Waking too early and being unable to fall back asleep

  • Racing thoughts or an active mind at bedtime

  • Feeling tired despite getting enough hours of sleep

  • Feeling “wired but tired”

  • Daytime fatigue or brain fog

  • Increased irritability or emotional reactivity

  • Sleep changes around your menstrual cycle

  • Anxiety about not being able to sleep

  • Relying on caffeine to get through the day

When sleep problems start affecting your days

Your sleep is telling us something.

Sleep can be affected by far more than your bedtime routine. Stress, nervous system activity, hormones, blood sugar, nutrition, lifestyle and your daily rhythms can all influence how easily you fall asleep and stay asleep.

We'll look at your specific sleep pattern and what may be contributing to it, rather than assuming there's one solution that works for everyone.

We'll look at your sleep patterns and the factors that may be keeping your body from settling into rest. When appropriate, we'll use laboratory testing to explore relevant contributors and create a practical, individualized plan to support better sleep.

A woman sitting on a bed stretches her arms above her head as she faces a large window with multiple panes, dressed in a gray tank top. The bed has white sheets and pillows, and there is natural light filling the room.

You shouldn't have to plan your life around being tired.

If you're struggling to fall asleep, waking throughout the night or never feeling rested, let's figure out what's getting in the way.
